Built around the voice path
On supported routes, direct IP interconnections and AMR-WB wideband audio can reduce intermediary handoffs and preserve more speech detail than narrowband paths. Actual audio quality and latency depend on codec negotiation, devices, application design, and the complete call environment. Who the platform is for
HD Carrier is intended for AI voice application builders, contact centers, enterprise communications teams, CPaaS providers, carriers, and MVNOs evaluating their voice infrastructure. A CarrierX introduction is the starting point for discussing traffic, technical fit, route requirements, and whether a qualified sandbox evaluation makes sense.
